Santa's Certificates operates this website. For any privacy question or request, email support@santascertificates.com.

• Certificate details. The child's name, elf name and wording you type are used in your browser to draw the certificate. They are not sent to us or stored on our servers.
• Contact form. If you send feedback we receive your name, email address and message so we can reply.
• Payment. Card payments are taken by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details; we only record whether this browser has unlocked printing.

• Contract: processing your payment and unlocking printing.
• Legitimate interests: replying to feedback you send us and keeping the site secure.
• Consent: any analytics or advertising cookies. These are only used if you agree, and you can withdraw at any time.

Strictly necessary storage is used to keep the site working — for example remembering that this browser has unlocked printing, and remembering your consent choice. This does not need consent.

Analytics and advertising cookies are switched off until you opt in through the consent banner. Rejecting them is just as easy as accepting, and no non-essential cookies are set beforehand.

Change your cookie preferences

We share information only with the service providers that run this site for us — payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, and hosting. Feedback emails are kept only as long as needed to deal with your message. Consent and unlock flags stay in your browser until you clear them.

You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email support@santascertificates.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

This site is intended to be used by adults creating certificates for children. We do not ask children for personal information.
